Mike started PEO Professionals, Inc. in February of 2001. He built and sold a property casualty insurance agency and an employee leasing company during the past 25 years. Combining the two industries and concepts was the catalyst for creating an employee leasing brokerage firm. Mike also holds a BS in Business Administration from Florida State University with a major in Risk Management and Insurance. |

Ralph Mencia
President / CEO
Ralph joined P.E.O. Professionals, Inc. in July of 2001. He has been in the PEO industry for over 11 years. After having ownership in a PEO franchise as well as a PEO, the experience led him to PEO Professionals. Ralph feels PEO Professionals offers clients the advantage of over 30 years combined PEO experience enabling clients to make educated decisions when choosing a PEO.

Greg Craddock
Vice President
Greg has worked with PEO Professionals since 2002, and officially came onboard in 2008. He has over 14 years experience in the PEO business as a salesperson. As a licensed insurance agent, Greg worked for an independent agency, assisting them with PEO sales, as well as traditional P&C coverage. He has a Marketing degree from Southern Miss and an MBA from UNF.
